Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- Visit Register with a GP to register online https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/C81118
- Print and fill in a paper new patient registration form and return it to the surgery
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
