The doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area but at the moment the practice is taking limited number of patients so as to protect the quality of patients services. Click on  registration area tab above  for link to  map of Practice Area.

As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire. Please make sure if you are on medication that you have enough to last you before you make appointments with nurse or GP.

It is very important that you keep an up to date list of all your current medication and bring it in with you when you visit the Practice for the first time.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
